W sobotę na Wyspach Brytyjskich rozegrano dwa spotkania z udziałem drużyn z Championship. W ligowym spotkaniu Glasgow Tigers pokonało Scunthorpe Scorpions, a w pucharowej konfrontacji Berwick Bandits wygrało z Ipswich Witches.

Glasgow Tigers wygrało ze Scunthorpe Scorpions 53:37. Długo starcie tych drużyn było wyrównane, Tygrysy po jedenastu biegach prowadziły tylko dwoma punktami.
